In order to explain and describe the measures taken to establish and hold the largest event of the country’s home appliance industry in the form of the 22nd International Home Appliances Exhibition, two press conferences were held to introduce this event as much as possible.
1- Foreign press conference:
It was held on the 10th of November this year with the presence of regional and international media, including Kurdistan, Goli Kurdistan, Trend Azerbaijan, TRT Turkey, U News Germany, Phonik China, etc. In this meeting, the secretary of the association answered the journalists’ questions; According to Abbas Hashemi, a big event like Hamex will carry a message for the corresponding associations in other countries, and this message can be fruitful for cooperation and export development.
In the introduction meeting of the Hamex event with the presence of foreign media members, some domestic producers were also present, who answered the questions and doubts of the journalists.
2- Internal press conference:
The second introduction meeting of the Hamex 2022 exhibition was held in the form of a meeting with reporters from local news agencies on December 27, 1401. In this meeting, the secretary of the association mentioned the 40-year history of the association’s activity and, while listing the conditions and status of the country’s home appliance industry, he considered holding an exhibition as one of the parameters of export development. The exhibition that will be held for the 22nd time during the lifetime of the association on December 29th to December 2nd.
21st International Home Appliances Exhibition Press Conference
In order to explain the measures taken to set up and hold the largest event in the country’s home appliance industry in the form of the 21st International Home Appliances Exhibition, a press conference was held on Monday, November 8, 1400 in the presence of the Secretary General of the Iranian Home Appliances Association. More than 30 reporters from various audio-visual media and news sites were held live along with the association’s Instagram channel.
In this press conference, the Secretary General of the Association pointed to a 126% increase in the presence of domestic companies and the growth of the exhibition area and the holding of a festival of innovations in home appliances and related industries in cooperation with the Vice President for Science and Technology and the Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran. Press conference for the 20th International Home Appliances Exhibition
In an interview with reporters and members of the media on Monday, December 1, the Secretary General of the Iranian Home Appliance Industry Association spoke about the features of the 20th International Home Appliances Exhibition due to the limitations of the Corona virus outbreak. He described the year as a “leap in production.
” Engineer Abbas Hashemi told reporters announcing the slogan of the exhibition “Production shine in the face of sanctions”: The twentieth International Exhibition of Home Appliances, after making the necessary arrangements with the National Corona Headquarters, in full compliance with health protocols in an area of 16,000 square meters and with The presence of 175 domestic production units is held without the presence of foreigners. The four-day exhibition will start on Friday, December 25, and will continue until Monday (December 8) with the presence of visitors from industries and industrial units.

He also noted that with the establishment of disinfection tunnels at the entrances of the halls, the establishment of medical and emergency teams, disinfectants, the obligation to mask people and also the full observance of health protocols during booth construction, health protocols will be fully considered by the National Headquarters. Colorful presence of component makers and knowledge-based companies in this year’s exhibition:
Engineer Hashemi, in response to a reporter’s question about the strong presence of parts manufacturers in this industry in the exhibition, added: “Since my presence in the Iranian Home Appliance Industry Association, we have decided to focus on the development of the parts manufacturing sector.” Sustainable development of the home appliance industry is possible only by increasing the quality level of parts manufacturers. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the transfer of quality production technology to this sector. In this regard, the parts manufacturing department was established in the Home Appliance Industry Association and by holding elections, the chairman and deputies of this department were elected. In fact, our goal is to deepen the internal manufacturing and localization of high-tech parts, to provide a platform for cooperation and cooperation between component makers and final product manufacturers. In this regard, some collaborations have been made with Iran Standard Quality Inspection Company to audit the units that produce parts and to examine the quality level of parts produced further. He further stated: “Recently, talks have been held with the Vice President for Science and Technology of the Republic of Iran in order to investigate the situation of parts manufacturing, to plan for imported parts, to move towards the localization of these parts.” Deepening in-house manufacturing is really necessary for the sustainable development of the industry. Therefore, this year, good composers under the auspices of the Vice President for Science and Technology will be present at the exhibition.
